🔄 Return Policy
At client, your satisfaction is a priority. However, for hygiene and quality reasons, certain conditions apply to exchanges.
📌 Exchange conditions
We only accept exchanges if the product:
Is unworn, unwashed, undyed, and in its original condition.
Has not been altered (no cutting, gluing, heat, etc.).
Is returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
🚫 No refunds are offered.
🚫 Custom wigs are not exchangeable.
🔁 How does the exchange work?
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the exchange is approved, you can choose another product of equivalent value. If there is a price difference, an adjustment will be applied.
🚚 Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., defective product or incorrect order).
We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number.
