A soft measuring tape and six simple measurements give you a clearer picture of your fit before you order.

Measure with your hair lying flat
Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight. Take each measurement twice and write down the result.
Step by step
The six measurements to take
Head circumference is the main reference for choosing S, M or L. The other five measurements help you understand the overall fit of the cap.
Head circumference
Start at the front hairline, pass above both ears and around the nape, then return to the front.
Front to nape
Measure from the centre of the front hairline, over the crown, to the hairline at the nape.
Ear to ear across the forehead
Place the tape above one ear and pass it along the front hairline to the same point above the other ear.
Ear to ear over the top
Measure from above one ear, over the highest point of the head, to the same point above the other ear.
Temple to temple around the back
Run the tape from one temple around the back of the head to the opposite temple.
Nape width
Measure straight across the natural hairline at the nape of the neck.
