    You receive your tracking number.

  3. Delivered to you

    About 2 to 7 business days in Canada and 2 to 5 in the United States, depending on the carrier.

  4. Worn, or exchanged

    Lace uncut and wig unworn: you can exchange it within 7 days.

Questions before you order

Should Akel cut the lace?

If you want a wig that is ready to wear, Akel cuts the lace before shipping. It then becomes a final sale. If you would rather cut it yourself or have your stylist do it, choose the intact lace: you keep the 7-day exchange.

Can I pay in instalments?

Instalment options are offered at checkout for eligible orders.

Can I come to the salon?

Yes. Our salon is at 6767 Saint-Hubert St., Montréal. Opening hours are at the bottom of the page.
